Opening Ceremony Video
What I created
Opening Ceremony Video: Designed to set the tone of InsightsEDU 2026. This video was featured on a 70 ft screen.
FrEDDY Introduction Video: A short, engaging faux user interface video created to introduce attendees to the chatbot experience and provide an introduction to EducationDynamics' speakers, Greg Clayton (President of Enrollment Management Services) and Katie Tomlinson (Senior Director of Analytics and Business Intelligence).
Marketing Materials: Various screens around the event highlighting what InsightsEDU had to offer.
Each graphic I created was created with the goal of making the experience more engaging, intuitive, and memorable for attendees.

My approach
Clarity: While the marketing direction leaned toward a glitchy, stylized look, I had to problem-solve how to maintain clear messaging within that aesthetic, making sure the visuals felt dynamic without losing readability or confusing the audience.
Engagement: I aimed to ensure the work lived up to the conference’s “out-of-this-world” creative direction, designing visuals that felt immersive and visually striking while keeping the audience engaged from start to finish.
Consistency: Ensuring a cohesive visual language across the opening video, chatbot introduction, and marketing materials, so every touchpoint felt like part of the same unified experience.

Why it matters
