How can I contact you?
Please feel free to contact me through my email, hello@katethorp.work or through my consultation form for inquires.
What is your turnaround time?
Though I can work with tight deadlines, my best work can be provided with a turnaround time of 5 - 10 business days.
How many revisions do you permit?
At no additional cost, I can provide three edits. Any revisions beyond that will incur an additional fee.
What information do you need to begin a project?
Preferably your assets and any other references. Additionally, whatever you think would be benefical. The more the merrier!
What file formats can you provide?
Most projects are delivered in .MP4, .MOV, .GIF, or .JSON (Lottie) formats. If you require a different file type, I’m happy to accommodate.
